The bike
Make sure that your bike is in good condition; we will have more time to work on your skills.
Other equipment needed

Sufficient water and snacks as needed

Multi-Tool, portable pump and replacement tube

Clothing adapted to the temperature

Helmet in good condition and well fitted

Wearing knee protectors, gloves and glasses is strongly recommended.

Bring mosquito repellent, among other things, to prevent tick bites (depending on your region)
For an optimal experience and security
DURING YOUR SESSION

Communicate the relevant elements of your physical and mental state to your instructor: injuries, apprehensions, condition, etc.

Respect your physical and mental limits at all times.

Each lesson and module offered is optional. You are in the best position to know if this is right for you; be transparent and communicate with us.

The instructor bases him/herself on your objectives and your wishes, but may refuse to teach you a technique / to make you overcome a challenge if he or she does not judge that you have the necessary background and skills.

Leave space between cyclists

Stop in safe, wide and visible places

Look ahead before entering a trail

Always provide assistance to an injured cyclist / in the event of a mechanical breakdown

Pick up your trash at all times

Respect trail closures

Priority for uphill cyclists

When passing or passing other cyclists, say how many people in your group are following you.

If you arrive at a trail junction and have not received an indication; it's straight ahead

Wait for other group members when there is a trail junction to take
