  • Each lesson and module offered is optional. You are in the best position to know if this is right for you; be transparent and communicate with us.

  • The instructor bases him/herself on your objectives and your wishes, but may refuse to teach you a technique / to make you overcome a challenge if he or she does not judge that you have the necessary background and skills.

Trail etiquette

Here are the main rules regarding mountain bike safety.

  • Respect your pace

  • Be in control at all times

  • Leave space between cyclists

  • Stop in safe, wide and visible places

  • Look ahead before entering a trail

  • Always provide assistance to an injured cyclist / in the event of a mechanical breakdown

  • Pick up your trash at all times

  • Respect trail closures

  • Priority for uphill cyclists

  • When passing or passing other cyclists, say how many people in your group are following you.

  • If you arrive at a trail junction and have not received an indication; it's straight ahead

  • Wait for other group members when there is a trail junction to take
